Product Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager (m/f/d),
who will ensure technical and operational cooperation with our system partners and drive the further development of our booking and billing systems. WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU

  • You will be responsible for the integration, configuration and continuous improvement of the technical interfaces to our system partners
  • You will build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers and partners and work on projects that optimise our booking, billing and commission processes
  • Together with IT, you will ensure quality, take care of bugs and new features, and further develop internal apps and tools
  • You will independently analyse errors and handle complaints to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You will perform regular PCI scans and ensure that we comply with the SAQs of credit card providers
  • You are the point of contact for our international data team, assist with training and are available to answer technical questions
  • You maintain and document manuals and training materials for the booking and billing processes

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Degree in economics, business informatics or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the commercial, tourism or software sector
  • High level of technical understanding and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics
  • Communicative personality with strong teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex problems and make informed decisions
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English
