WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU

You will proactively and comprehensively support our customers and travel agency partners in our account management team
You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure the optimal use of our services and the strategic expansion of our product range
You will actively strengthen customer loyalty and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction
You will work closely with the sales, IT and customer service teams – together you will ensure smooth processes and strong results
You will take on projects independently and contribute your own ideas

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Completed training in travel or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
At least 2 years of experience as a business travel specialist or in a comparable position in a related field
Ideally, experience with OBE systems
Negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented approach to work, and strong communication skills
Team spirit, personal responsibility and resilience are your hallmarks
Confident use of Office programmes and a high affinity for digital tools and new systems
Business fluent German and fluent written and spoken English
