Recommended by customers: ehotel comes out on top in a Focus Money survey

A key indicator of how satisfied customers really are is the classic word-of-mouth recommendation. Only those who are completely convinced by a company’s offering and service will advise friends, family and acquaintances to place their trust in that company too. In the latest study by the business magazine Focus Money, conducted in collaboration with the research institute ServiceValue, ehotel® has left the other hotel booking portals trailing behind with the highest recommendation rate.The study took into account only actual recommendations and not merely the intention to recommend, which does not necessarily lead to action. 510,000 customer reviews of more than 1,300 companies across 82 sectors were analysed. “We are delighted to learn that our customers not only remain loyal to us,” says Fritz Zerweck, CEO of ehotel®, “but that they also pass on their positive experiences. That is the best thing that can happen to a company; it honours us enormously.”

As the industry winner, ehotel® has once again received the “Highest Recommendation” award. The study’s ranking is published in issue 26/21 of Focus Money.
