Payment in cooperation with credit card companies

As a registered corporate customer using one of our payment methods, your future hotel booking process could look something like this

  • Hotel rooms are booked online by your colleagues via eHotel or by phone via our service center
  • With every booking it can be decided whether the hotel can be made by a third partner’s corporate credit card, e.g. B. American Express V-Payment, paid or the traveler should pay on site
  • With the booking, eHotel transmits a cost assumption to the corresponding hotel. Here you have the possibility to define the exact scope of costs assumed by your company (according to the travel costs policy).
  • After departure, you as a company will receive an invoice from the hotel
  • You will receive a consolidated sales statement including additional data from the credit card company

The OBE systems from Atlatos, Cytric and Onesto can of course also be billed using virtual credit cards via ehotel®.
